  • All our parcels are sent using Royal Mail's 2nd class service
  • With Standard Delivery, parcels should arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch
  • With Upgraded Delivery, parcels should arrive in 1-3 working days
  • We only deliver Monday-Friday
  • We do not dispatch on UK Bank Holidays
  • Delivery is available to UK mainland, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands, and Channel Islands

We want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable, so please take a moment to read through the following guidelines:

1. Delivery Address and Recieving Your Parcel:

  • It's important to arrange for someone to be present at the delivery address to receive your parcel. Please refrain from leaving instructions for parcels to be left in alternative locations such as sheds, garages, or with neighbors. We cannot accept liability if you opt for this method and subsequently fail to receive your parcel.

2. Delivery Restrictions:

  • We regret to inform you that we do not deliver to BFPO addresses or PO boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, industrial actions, or exceptional demand, the stated dispatch and delivery timescales may be affected. While we will make every effort to expedite your parcel's delivery, please note that we do not offer refunds for delays caused by such circumstances.

4. Correct Delivery Address:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details during the checkout process. We strongly advise reviewing your delivery address carefully. Please note that we do not provide refunds for losses or additional costs resulting from customer errors or omissions.

5. Undeliverable Parcels:

  • Our carriers will make every effort to successfully deliver your parcel. However, if they are unable to obtain a signature, if the address is incomplete or incorrect, or if your parcel is not collected from the depot within a specified period, it may be returned to the sender. In such cases, a re-delivery charge will be applicable.
